I come to you to see what you do, how you do it, and understand the ecosystem you're working in. In 1 1/2 days we'll identify what's working and what's not, areas of misalignment and blindspots. I'll deliver an initial assessment, suggestions on potential solutions and new directions, and an outline of the way forward. You'll receive a fully fleshed-out proposal within a week of our time together.
